Anaphylaxie stellt eine akute, lebensbedrohliche Reaktion dar und erfordert sofortiges Handeln. Die Gabe von Epinephrin i. m. ist dabei der Goldstandard, um eine rasche Stabilisierung zu erreichen. In besonders schweren Fällen kann neben Antihistaminika und Glukokortikoiden zusätzlich ein Notfallepinephrinperfusor zum Einsatz kommen.
